1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Certain items, such as final sale or personalized products, are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return the item(s) to: Fishi, 85 De Diego Avenue, STE 121, San Juan PR 00927. Please use a trackable shipping method.
3. Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, we may issue store credit.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
