Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • All On Sale, Clearance, Final Sale, and personalized items are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, which remains eligible for review.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at hello@fishi.world or (939) 330-8766 before returning any merchandise.

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once your return is authorized, ship the item to:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Fishi® is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit when return shipping is arranged by the customer.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be offered where permitted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by Fishi®.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped and the claim has been approved by Fishi®.

  • Approved defective or incorrect items qualify for prepaid return shipping.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or color are managed directly by Fishi® and are subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.

  • Replacement items may be reserved for up to 14 calendar days from the date the exchange is authorized, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
